Rodos Golf Club "Europa-Tour 2005" - Schottland & Deutschland

Die erste Herausforderung unserer Mannschaft fand auf dem traditionellen Linkscourse Cruden Bay statt, einem Golfplatz dessen Historie bis nach 1791 reicht.

Die nächste Station war Kingsbarn. Der nahe am Wasser gelegene Platz wird als einer der besten Linkscourses bewertet. Auf diesem Platz zeigte die Mannshaft, das sie in der Lage ist, Golf von einem hohen Standart zu spielen.

An dem letzten Tag der Open konnte die Mannschaft live miterleben, wie sich Tiger Woods auf dem Old Course in St. Andrews den Sieg und Titel "Champion Golfer of the Year" gewann.

Die letzte Etappe ihrer Reise war das Lochwettspiel gegen den Golfclub am Lüderich, wo unsere 6 köpfige Mannschaft - trotz starken Gegnern, in einem knappen Match gewannen.
